Key Responsibilities and Work Scope

Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-operation equipment inspections, ensuring the safe operation of lifting equipment, following approved lifting procedures, monitoring equipment performance, and reporting any mechanical issues immediately. Operators will work closely with supervisors, safety officers, and construction teams to ensure that elevated work is carried out without risk to personnel or equipment. They will also maintain operational records, comply with workplace safety regulations, use personal protective equipment correctly, and follow company procedures throughout the project.
