Key Responsibilities
Scaffolding Supervisors will oversee scaffold erection, modification, dismantling, and inspection activities while ensuring compliance with approved safety procedures and project standards. Commissioning Field Operators will support plant commissioning activities by operating process equipment, monitoring systems, performing line-ups, reading P&IDs, assisting with preventive maintenance, and following permit-to-work and lockout/tagout procedures. They will also support equipment startup activities, including pumps, blowers, steam systems, reactors, burners, strainers, and preheaters. Safety Officers will monitor daily site activities, conduct safety inspections, identify workplace hazards, investigate incidents, maintain HSE documentation, and promote compliance with company safety policies. All employees are expected to communicate effectively with supervisors, follow project procedures, and contribute to a safe and productive working environment.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant industrial experience in their respective disciplines and demonstrate strong technical knowledge related to their roles. Scaffolding Supervisors should have experience managing scaffold teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring safe scaffold operations. Commissioning Field Operators should understand plant startup procedures, process equipment, isolation planning, line tracing, and industrial safety systems.
