Main Duties and Work Responsibilities
WPR personnel will coordinate permit-to-work activities and ensure work is performed within approved conditions. Site and Civil Supervisors will oversee manpower and daily activities, while the Blasting Foreman and Blaster will manage and perform controlled blasting work according to approved procedures. Coaters and Welders will perform their respective surface treatment and welding duties, with Welding Supervisors coordinating welding teams and activities. Rigger III TUV personnel will support lifting operations, while Scaffolding Supervisors and Scaffolders will manage and construct safe scaffolding systems. Fabricators will carry out fabrication work, HSE personnel will monitor safety compliance, and Firewatch/SBM workers will monitor designated areas for hazards. QC Inspectors will conduct quality checks, Electricians will perform electrical work, and Storekeepers will manage materials and inventory.
Skills, Certification and Documentation Requirements
Applicants should possess practical experience relevant to their selected category and be familiar with industrial site procedures. Supervisory candidates should have strong workforce coordination and communication skills. Rigger III applicants should hold the required TUV qualification, while workers in specialized trades should have appropriate technical experience.
