RAFCO is engaged in ongoing erection and infrastructure development projects where workforce safety, structural installation, and operational efficiency are highly critical. Each position contributes directly to maintaining productivity, safety compliance, and timely project completion under strict industry standards in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
The Safety Officer is responsible for maintaining full site safety compliance, monitoring hazards, and ensuring all workers follow proper HSE procedures during construction activities. The Work Permit Receiver manages permit documentation and ensures that no job starts without proper authorization and safety clearance. The Foreman Erector supervises structural erection work, coordinates teams on-site, and ensures construction tasks are completed according to engineering drawings and safety guidelines. Erectors carry out steel structure assembly and installation work, while Rigger 3 personnel handle lifting operations and ensure safe movement of heavy materials using proper rigging techniques. Scaffolding workers are responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding systems safely, while Fire Watch staff monitor hot work areas to prevent fire hazards. Helpers support all site operations by assisting skilled workers in daily tasks, material handling, and general labor duties required for smooth workflow execution.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates applying for these positions must have prior experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial project environments. Strong knowledge of site safety procedures and the ability to follow strict operational guidelines is essential. TUV certification is mandatory for relevant technical roles such as rigging and scaffolding. Applicants should be physically fit, capable of working in high-temperature outdoor conditions, and able to work efficiently in a team-based environment. Experience in handling tools, reading basic construction instructions, and understanding site safety protocols will be considered highly beneficial for selection in this project.
