Role Overview and Industry Importance

A Forklift Operator is responsible for safely transporting, loading, unloading, and stacking materials within warehouses, construction sites, and industrial facilities. Forklift operators play a crucial role in maintaining efficient material handling operations while ensuring workplace safety and minimizing damage to equipment and goods.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will operate forklifts safely, load and unload construction materials, transport equipment across the worksite, inspect forklifts before each shift, report maintenance issues, follow warehouse and site safety procedures, maintain accurate material movement records, and support daily logistics operations according to company standards.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants should have relevant experience operating forklifts in industrial or construction environments. Candidates must understand safe material handling procedures, follow HSE regulations, and be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Previous refinery or petrochemical project experience will be an advantage.
