Main Duties & Responsibilities
Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, tools, housekeeping, loading and unloading, and general project activities as directed by supervisors. Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to approved procedures, while maintaining safe access and working platforms at the project site. Insulators will support the installation and maintenance of insulation systems on industrial equipment, piping, and related structures as required. All workers are expected to follow site instructions, maintain safe working practices, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and cooperate with supervisors and other project teams. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of performing their assigned duties in an industrial environment.
Required Skills & Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have practical experience relevant to their selected category and should understand basic industrial and construction-site safety requirements. Helpers should be capable of working efficiently under supervision and assisting skilled tradesmen with daily activities. Scaffolders should have knowledge of safe scaffolding erection, dismantling, access arrangements, and site procedures. Insulators should understand insulation materials, installation methods, and safe handling practices.
