Role Overview and Industry Importance
Industrial construction projects depend on experienced workers from various trades to complete construction, maintenance, fabrication, mechanical installation, and safety-related activities. Helpers support skilled workers, Carpenters and Masons perform civil construction work, Plate Welders and SS Multi Welders carry out precision welding, while Structure Fitters assemble steel structures.
Millwright Technicians and Millwright Fitters install and maintain industrial machinery, Mechanical and Civil Foremen supervise work crews, Fire Watch and Hole Watch personnel maintain workplace safety, and Scaffolding Foremen oversee scaffold erection and dismantling operations.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades. Responsibilities include construction work, welding, structural fabrication, equipment installation, mechanical maintenance, scaffolding supervision, civil works, safety monitoring, rigging assistance, and ensuring compliance with project quality and safety standards.
