Description

An urgent recruitment drive has been announced for the SATROP Project in SATROP. The hiring includes safety, mechanical supervision, quality control, coordination, planning, and environmental management roles for a large-scale industrial construction project. These positions are suitable for experienced professionals in oil & gas, industrial maintenance, and project execution environments.

Key Responsibilities

Safety personnel will ensure full compliance with HSE standards, conduct inspections, and manage risk control measures on site. Mechanical Supervisors will oversee installation, maintenance, and execution of mechanical works. QC Engineers (Mechanical, Piping, Welding) will handle inspection, quality assurance, and compliance with project specifications. Project Coordinators will manage communication between departments, while Project Planners will prepare schedules and monitor progress. Safety Managers and Quality Managers will lead safety systems and quality frameworks. Environmental Coordinators will ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant industrial or oil & gas project experience. Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, mechanical systems, welding standards, and QA/QC documentation is required. Planning roles require experience in project scheduling tools and coordination skills. Environmental Coordinators should understand compliance and environmental regulations in industrial projects. Required documents include valid Iqama, Muqeem (minimum 3 months), passport, medical fitness, CR copy, insurance, and agreement.
