Kalma Contracting Est is conducting urgent recruitment for multiple industrial projects across MAADEN, PKS, and APPC. The hiring is for mechanical fabrication, static maintenance supervision, and safety operations in large-scale industrial and shutdown environments. This is an experienced-candidate-only recruitment drive requiring full documentation and immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Fitters will perform installation, alignment, and maintenance of industrial mechanical systems and equipment. Supervisors and Foremen (Static) will oversee mechanical maintenance activities, coordinate manpower, and ensure work quality and safety compliance at site level. Safety Officers will monitor HSE compliance, conduct inspections, enforce safety procedures, and ensure permit-to-work system adherence across all project areas. All roles require coordination with engineering teams and strict adherence to industrial safety standards.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have prior industrial or oil & gas project experience. Mechanical Fitters should be skilled in equipment assembly and maintenance. Supervisors and Foremen must have leadership experience in static maintenance operations. Safety Officers must have strong knowledge of HSE regulations and site safety systems. Required documents include valid Iqama, Muqeem (minimum 3 months), passport, medical fitness, CR copy, insurance, and agreement documents. Experience and readiness for industrial deployment are mandatory.
