Roles and Key Responsibilities
Plumbers are responsible for installing water pipelines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, and plumbing accessories according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Electricians install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Duct Fitters assemble and install HVAC ducting systems for ventilation and air conditioning projects, whereas Scaffolders erect, inspect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely to support construction activities. All employees are expected to maintain high-quality workmanship, follow company safety procedures, work efficiently with supervisors and team members, and complete assigned duties within project schedules.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
