Role Overview and Industry Importance

Scaffolders play a critical role in industrial construction, refinery, and maintenance projects by erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding systems. Properly installed scaffolding ensures that workers can safely perform tasks at height while complying with project safety standards.

Experienced scaffolders help maintain workplace safety, improve productivity, and support successful project completion by constructing secure access platforms for various trades.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations. They will inspect scaffolding materials before use, ensure platforms are stable and secure, follow supervisor instructions, and maintain compliance with company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

Candidates should also be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. As specified by the employer, applicants should have approximately 80% proficiency in Hindi.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of scaffolding experience and possess a valid Original TUV Card. Candidates should be physically fit, experienced in industrial projects, and capable of working safely at heights.
