Key Responsibilities
Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling, modifying, dismantling, and inspecting scaffolding structures while following approved safety standards and project specifications. They must ensure that all scaffold components are securely installed and capable of supporting workers and equipment. The Scaffolder Supervisor will oversee daily scaffolding activities, assign work to team members, monitor safety compliance, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with project management to ensure work is completed efficiently. All employees are expected to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, follow site safety regulations, report hazards immediately, and maintain clean and organized work areas. Teamwork, communication, and strict adherence to company procedures are essential throughout the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should have practical experience in industrial scaffolding and a solid understanding of scaffold safety regulations. A valid TUV certification is required for the available positions, along with a valid Absher Iqama, passport, and other necessary employment documents. Candidates should be physically fit, capable of working at heights, and familiar with scaffold components, tools, and inspection procedures. Supervisory candidates should possess leadership skills, experience managing scaffolding teams, and the ability to enforce safety standards effectively.
