Responsibilities and Work Expectations
Scaffolding Foremen will supervise scaffolding teams, coordinate daily activities, and monitor erection, modification, and dismantling work according to project procedures. Scaffolders will assemble and dismantle temporary access structures and working platforms while maintaining safe practices.
Mechanical Foremen will oversee mechanical crews, distribute work, and monitor progress and workmanship. Millwrights will support mechanical installation, alignment, maintenance, and equipment-related activities. Mechanical Helpers will assist skilled workers with tools, materials, preparation, and general site duties.
Structural Fitters and Welders will work on structural components, including preparation, fitting, alignment, and welding activities. Fire Watchers will monitor designated hot-work areas and remain alert to sparks, flames, or other potential fire hazards. The Rigging Supervisor will oversee lifting and rigging activities and help ensure that operations are conducted safely and according to site requirements.
Candidate Requirements and Documentation
