These positions are essential for maintaining safety and operational efficiency during industrial project activities. Professionals in these roles are responsible for ensuring that work activities are performed safely, monitoring confined spaces, and preventing fire-related incidents at the worksite. The company is urgently seeking candidates who possess valid Petrorabigh authorization and are ready to join immediately.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
A Work Permit Receiver (WPR) is responsible for obtaining, reviewing, and managing work permits before the commencement of site activities, ensuring that all safety requirements are fully implemented. A Manhole Watch monitors confined space operations, maintains communication with workers inside confined areas, and ensures emergency procedures are followed at all times. A Firewatch is responsible for monitoring hot work activities, identifying fire hazards, maintaining firefighting equipment readiness, and responding immediately to any unsafe conditions. All personnel are expected to comply strictly with Petrorabigh safety procedures and project regulations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Applicants must possess valid Petrorabigh authorization, which is mandatory for all available positions. Previous experience in industrial projects, shutdown activities, or refinery environments will be an added advantage. Candidates should have strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures, hazard identification, and emergency response practices.
