Key Responsibilities Across All Positions
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective disciplines while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering, construction, and safety standards. Engineers and Supervisors will oversee project execution, manage technical teams, monitor work quality, and ensure project completion according to approved specifications. Foremen will coordinate daily workforce activities, supervise installations, and maintain productivity. Electricians, Instrument Technicians, Cable Terminators, and Cable Pulling personnel will perform installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities while following project procedures. Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors will enforce workplace safety standards, conduct inspections, investigate hazards, and ensure compliance with Aramco HSE regulations. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will coordinate work permits and monitor safe work execution. Material Controllers, Document Controllers, and Store Keepers will manage project documentation, inventory, and material movement to support efficient project operations. Skilled Labour and Flag Men will assist construction teams while ensuring safe and organized worksite activities.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects, as required by the employer for these positions. Candidates must possess relevant technical qualifications, trade certifications, and practical industrial experience related to their field. A transferable valid Iqama is mandatory, along with relevant experience certificates. Aramco Approval and CBT/Vendor Code documents are required where applicable. Strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, communication skills, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety are essential. Applicants must also be ready for immediate mobilization and capable of working efficiently in demanding industrial project environments.
