An urgent manpower requirement has been announced for a long-term project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, covering a wide range of safety, scaffolding, civil, mechanical, welding, painting, surveying, and quality-control categories. A total of 775 positions are available across 35 different job categories. The requirement includes both skilled professionals and helpers, providing opportunities for candidates with different levels of industrial and construction experience. The project offers free Food, Accommodation & Transportation (FAT), making it suitable for candidates seeking a long-term assignment with company-provided basic facilities. Main Duties & Responsibilities
The required workforce will perform a broad range of construction and industrial duties. WPRs, Safety Officers, Safety Supervisors, Fire Watchmen, Standby Men, Confined Space Attendants, and AGTs will support safe work execution, permit control, gas testing, and continuous workplace monitoring. Scaffolding personnel will handle erection, modification, inspection, and supervision of scaffolding systems. Civil teams will perform steel fixing, shuttering, masonry, concrete, painting, surveying, and general construction activities. Mechanical workers, Pipe Fitters, Fabricators, Welders, Insulators, and Mechanical Supervisors will support mechanical and piping operations. QC Inspectors will monitor work quality, while Riggers will assist with safe lifting and material handling operations according to project procedures.
Required Skills & Professional Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant practical experience and qualifications corresponding to their selected position. Safety and permit-related roles should understand industrial safety procedures, hazard identification, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response requirements. Scaffolding professionals should have appropriate knowledge of safe scaffolding practices and their respective level of responsibility. Civil and mechanical trades should be familiar with their tools, materials, equipment, drawings, and standard site procedures. Welders should have experience relevant to 6G, TIG, or MIG welding where applicable. Surveyors and QC Inspectors should possess the technical knowledge required for accurate surveying and quality inspection. All candidates should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of following site instructions.
