Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
The selected employees will perform responsibilities according to their assigned roles while following Petro Rabigh safety procedures and project regulations. Permit Receivers will coordinate and manage the permit-to-work process, verify worksite safety conditions, communicate with supervisors and safety teams, and ensure that all work activities are properly authorized before execution. Manhole Watch Personnel will monitor confined space entry operations, maintain continuous communication with workers inside confined spaces, identify potential hazards, and respond immediately in case of emergencies. Firewatch Personnel will monitor hot work activities, identify fire hazards, ensure firefighting equipment is readily available, and respond promptly to any fire-related incidents while maintaining compliance with industrial safety standards. All employees will be expected to work closely with project management, safety officers, and operational teams to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
