Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
The selected employees will perform their duties according to their respective job categories while maintaining strict compliance with industrial safety regulations and project quality standards. Spray Painters will prepare surfaces, apply protective coatings using spray equipment, inspect finished work, and maintain painting equipment. Sand Blasters will clean and prepare metal surfaces by removing rust, old coatings, and contaminants before painting while ensuring safe operation of blasting equipment. JCB/Forklift Operators will safely operate heavy machinery to transport materials, load and unload equipment, support construction activities, and perform routine equipment inspections before use. All workers will be expected to follow company procedures, use personal protective equipment, cooperate with supervisors and team members, and contribute to the successful completion of the project while maintaining high productivity and workplace safety.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant experience in the position they are applying for. Spray Painters and Sand Blasters must have a minimum of five years of professional experience, as required by the employer. JCB/Forklift Operators should have practical experience operating heavy equipment in industrial environments. Candidates must possess a valid Iqama, Passport, Visa, Muqeem, Medical Certificate, CR, and two passport-size photographs.
