Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective job categories while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Scaffolding Supervisors will supervise scaffold erection and dismantling activities, coordinate work teams, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Scaffolding Inspectors will inspect scaffold structures, verify compliance with industry standards, and issue inspection reports before work begins. Civil Foremen will oversee daily construction activities, supervise manpower, monitor project progress, and coordinate with engineers and site management. Carpenters will carry out formwork, structural carpentry, and finishing tasks according to project specifications. Rebar Fixers will prepare, cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel following approved drawings, while Masons will perform blockwork, plastering, concrete finishing, and other civil construction activities with accuracy and efficiency.
