Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Manlift Operators will be responsible for operating manlift equipment safely to transport personnel and materials to elevated work locations. Their daily responsibilities include conducting equipment inspections before operation, checking safety controls, positioning equipment securely, following lifting procedures, and ensuring compliance with company safety standards. Operators must also report equipment defects, maintain operational records, and communicate effectively with supervisors and ground personnel.

The Scaffolders will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to approved engineering drawings and safety regulations. They will ensure scaffolding is properly secured before use, inspect components for defects, maintain organized work areas, and support construction teams by providing safe access to elevated work locations. Scaffolders must strictly follow safety procedures while working at height and coordinate with supervisors throughout project activities.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Applicants should have relevant industrial or construction experience in their respective trades. Manlift Operators must possess practical experience operating manlift equipment and demonstrate a thorough understanding of workplace safety procedures. Scaffolders should have experience in scaffold erection, dismantling, and inspection while maintaining compliance with industrial safety standards.

A valid Absher Iqama and TUV Card are mandatory for both positions. TUV Card Verification is required before selection. Candidates should also be physically fit, capable of working in demanding environments, and committed to maintaining high safety standards. Strong teamwork, responsibility, and the ability to follow supervisor instructions are highly valued.
