Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades while complying with project specifications and industrial safety standards. Engineers and Supervisors will oversee project execution, coordinate site activities, monitor quality, and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Foremen will supervise daily operations and manage workforce productivity. Technicians will install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation systems. Welders will perform multi-process welding on carbon steel and stainless steel while maintaining quality standards. Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors will implement workplace safety programs, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Surveyors will perform site measurements and establish project layouts. Drivers will safely transport personnel and equipment, while skilled trades such as Steel Fixers, Carpenters, Masons, Applicators, Flagmen, Firewatch personnel, Standby Men, and RGS Conduit Fabricators & Fitters will execute specialized construction and industrial tasks according to project requirements. Every employee will be expected to maintain professionalism, teamwork, and strict adherence to company safety policies.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
