The company is recruiting experienced Scaffolding Inspectors, Scaffolding Supervisors, Scaffolding Foremen, Scaffolders, and SEC Approved Work Permit Receivers (WPR). Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will perform responsibilities according to their respective positions while maintaining compliance with industrial safety standards and company procedures. Scaffolding Inspectors will inspect erected scaffolding systems, verify compliance with safety regulations, prepare inspection reports, and approve structures for safe use. Scaffolding Supervisors will manage scaffolding teams, coordinate daily work activities, ensure compliance with project schedules, and maintain high safety standards. Scaffolding Foremen will supervise scaffold erection and dismantling activities while guiding workers and ensuring quality workmanship. Scaffolders will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to approved engineering standards. SEC Approved Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage permit-to-work procedures, coordinate work authorizations, verify safety requirements, maintain documentation, and ensure all work activities are performed safely and according to project regulations. Every employee will be expected to work efficiently, communicate effectively with project teams, and maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant industrial experience in the position they are applying for. Scaffolding Inspectors, Supervisors, Foremen, and Scaffolders must possess a valid TÜV certification, while Work Permit Receivers must hold SEC Approval, which is mandatory for the WPR position. Candidates should have a sound understanding of industrial safety regulations, hazard identification, scaffolding standards, and permit-to-work systems where applicable. Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills are highly valued. All applicants must possess a valid Iqama, AJEER, Chamber, Muqeem, and other standard employment documents.
