Key Responsibilities and Work Scope
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades while following project specifications and safety regulations. Tiles Masons will install ceramic, porcelain, and other flooring or wall tiles with precision according to approved layouts. Painters will prepare surfaces, apply paints and protective coatings, and ensure high-quality finishes for buildings and structures. Helpers will assist skilled workers by transporting materials, preparing work areas, cleaning job sites, and supporting daily construction operations. Concrete Masons will construct and finish concrete structures, prepare forms, and ensure proper curing and finishing of concrete surfaces. Carpenters will build, install, and repair wooden frameworks, formwork, doors, and other structural components. All workers will be expected to follow company safety procedures, maintain productivity, and work cooperatively with supervisors and fellow team members throughout the project.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should have previous experience in the position they are applying for and possess practical knowledge of construction methods, safety procedures, and the proper use of tools and equipment.
