A leading contracting company is urgently recruiting ARAMCO Approved Work Permit Receivers (WPR) for a long-term project at Bari Plant, Saudi Arabia. Work Permit Receivers are responsible for managing the permit-to-work system, ensuring all work activities comply with safety regulations, and coordinating with various departments before work begins. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The selected Work Permit Receivers will be responsible for coordinating the complete permit-to-work process for maintenance, construction, and operational activities. Daily responsibilities include reviewing work requests, verifying site readiness, ensuring safety precautions are implemented, obtaining the necessary approvals, and issuing work permits according to ARAMCO standards.
Additional duties include monitoring active permits, conducting site inspections before and during work execution, maintaining permit records, coordinating with safety officers and supervisors, and ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with project safety procedures. Candidates will also perform room-to-room duty, communicate effectively with project personnel, and help prevent unauthorized or unsafe work practices by maintaining strict adherence to company and client safety policies.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants must be ARAMCO Approved Work Permit Receivers, which is a mandatory requirement for this position. Candidates must also possess Safety Orientation – Bari Plant and Delegation – Bari Plant certifications. A valid Vendor Code is required before applying. Previous experience working in industrial plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, or oil and gas projects will be highly advantageous.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of permit-to-work systems, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.
