Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades and positions. Construction workers such as Labourers, Carpenters, Steel Fixers, Masons, Plumbers, and Electricians will carry out installation, fabrication, repair, and construction activities according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Foremen will supervise field crews, monitor productivity, allocate daily tasks, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

Drivers and heavy equipment operators, including Diesel Tanker Drivers, Trailer Drivers, Dump Truck Drivers, Manlift Operators, JCB Operators, Bobcat Operators, and Excavator Operators, will safely operate company vehicles and machinery while following project safety regulations. Riggers will perform lifting and rigging operations, ensuring all lifting activities comply with approved procedures.

Professional positions such as Civil Engineers, Civil QA/QC Engineers, Environment Officers, HSE Supervisors, and Security Personnel will oversee engineering, quality assurance, environmental compliance, workplace safety, and site security. Every employee is expected to follow company policies, maintain productivity, and contribute to the successful completion of the project.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Applicants should possess relevant experience in their respective trades or professions. Candidates applying for supervisory, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and operator positions should have proven technical expertise and practical experience in industrial or construction projects. Heavy equipment operators and drivers must possess valid licenses or certifications applicable to their equipment.

All applicants must have a valid Iqama, Active Absher, and WELD Iqama, where required by the project. Good communication skills, teamwork, physical fitness, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. Candidates who can adapt to a professional construction environment and follow project procedures will be given preference.
