Daily Responsibilities and Work Expectations
The selected operator will operate the forklift to move, load, unload, and position materials according to instructions from supervisors. Before starting work, the operator should check the forklift’s general condition and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
During operations, the worker must ensure that loads are properly positioned and within the equipment’s rated capacity. Careful maneuvering is required when working around personnel, structures, vehicles, and stored materials.
