Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The selected Manlift Operator will be responsible for operating various types of manlift equipment safely and efficiently to support construction, maintenance, and industrial operations. Daily responsibilities include conducting pre-operation inspections, checking safety devices, verifying equipment functionality, and ensuring the manlift is operated according to manufacturer guidelines and company safety procedures.
The operator will transport personnel safely to elevated work areas, monitor ground conditions before positioning equipment, maintain communication with supervisors and work teams, and immediately report any equipment defects or safety concerns. Additional responsibilities include maintaining operational records, following lifting and access procedures, complying with workplace safety regulations, and ensuring that all work is completed without compromising personnel or equipment safety.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants must have previous IPAL Cars Experience, which is a mandatory requirement for this position.
