MOANA AL ARABIA GEN. CONT. is urgently recruiting skilled manpower for multiple industrial roles across major project sites in Saudi Arabia, including Ras Tanura, Jafurah, and Jubail. The requirement includes technical, rigging, scaffolding, welding, instrumentation, and safety support positions for long-term industrial operations. These roles are critical for ensuring safe execution of construction, maintenance, and shutdown activities in oil & gas and petrochemical environments. The project offers stable employment with full benefits and immediate mobilization for selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Rigger III and Rigger II personnel will be responsible for lifting operations, load handling, and ensuring safe rigging practices in compliance with Aramco and TUV standards. The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee scaffolding erection, inspection, and dismantling activities while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations. SS Welders will perform stainless steel welding tasks according to project specifications and quality standards. Instrument Technicians will handle installation, calibration, and maintenance of industrial instrumentation systems. Standby Men will monitor high-risk operations, ensuring safety compliance and emergency readiness at all times. All roles require strict adherence to safety procedures and coordination with site engineers and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow across project locations.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have prior experience in oil & gas or industrial construction projects. Rigger positions require valid Aramco approval or TUV certification along with vendor code clearance for applicable roles. Scaffolding Supervisors must hold TUV certification and strong site leadership experience. Welders should have proven SS welding skills and knowledge of industrial standards. Instrument Technicians must understand calibration tools, control systems, and maintenance procedures. Standby Men must be trained in safety monitoring and emergency response. All applicants should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in demanding site environments under strict safety protocols.
